As a long time London resident and UCL graduate, Carl Yu has built an expertise and specialisation in Sino-British cross border M&A transactions. He had studied under DONALD LAWRANCE, a global venture capital expert, and ANTOANETA SERGUIEVA, chairman of information Technology Innovation of the Global IEEE Council. Carl has an extensive record of entrepreneurship, having successful experience being a core member of the Global Board Alliance, a global representative of young Entrepreneurs, vice President of the China-UK Young Entrepreneurs Association, and co-founder of The China-UK Incubator Of talent and intelligence.
Zongyang Li

Mr. Li has 33 years of experience in financial markets and media investment, notably he is Chairman of Hong Kong Huarui Capital Group, Director of Hong Kong-listed Huicai Holdings Limited, Chairman of the Audit Committee，managing experience at several listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong, London and the United States; In 2009, he was appointed as an international expert in China's largest guarantee fund established by foreign currency

Jawad, is a seasoned senior executive and an active investor who brings along 20 years’ experience in high technology industry globally. He worked among the first cohort of Huawei International team and as the advisor for IT & Telecom for the UK Parliamentary Office of Science & Technology. He was instrumental in setting up the joint venture between ZTE and ATOS and brought together ZTE and Ingenico and offering the market with state-of-the-art mobile payment solutions. Jawad is a graduate of Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and is a professional Telecom Engineer.
